1) Request an invitation email. Click here to request an invitation email you can send to friends or family.
2) Forward invitation. Ask them to enter your sponsorship information (name and email address) when completing their application.
3) Earn $25 per new member. We’ll deposit your reward into your account within 60 days after they join.

* Referring member will receive $25.00 for each referral that results in a new membership account being opened, with a maximum of ten (10) referrals per calendar year. New member account must be opened between 01/01/2026 and 12/31/2026. Member opening the account must be a new member of the Credit Union. Funds will be deposited in referring member’s account within 60 days of the new membership that is opened. Only one referral will be awarded per new membership. Any bonuses or monies received in association with this promotion are subject to IRS reporting requirements. Recipients are responsible for income tax liability, if applicable. Referring member must be in good standing to be eligible for referral offer. American Airlines Credit Union employees, immediate family and/or permanent household members, business accounts and Credit Union Coordinators are not eligible for this promotion. ** New Member Bonus is good for new memberships opened between 05/01/2026 and 05/31/2026. New member account will have $26.00 ($25.00 New Member Bonus, plus, the one-time $1.00 membership fee) deposited within seven (7) days of the new account being opened. A total of $5.00 will remain pledged in member’s primary savings account as a required minimum daily balance. There's no minimum balance required to obtain the bonus. Fees could reduce earnings on the account. Any bonuses or monies received in association within this promotion are subject to IRS reporting requirements. Recipients are responsible for income tax liability, if applicable. Each bonus is non-transferable, and will be forfeited if account is closed prior to bonus award date.
